About OptimizeGEO
OptimizeGEO.ai is an AI Discovery Growth Platform helping brands understand, improve and grow how they appear in AI-powered answers. We help enterprise brands measure whether they are being mentioned, cited and recommended across platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI and Claude - and identify the actions needed to improve their visibility and influence.
Our work brings together GEO strategy, content intelligence, source and citation analysis, brand accuracy, prompt performance and measurable business impact. We work with marketing teams that want to move beyond monitoring and actively shape how their brands are represented in AI-led discovery.
Role Overview
As the Graphic Designer, you will own OptimizeGEO's visual identity end to end — from brand systems and social content to decks, campaigns, product visuals and everything in between. This is a hands-on, high-craft role for someone who can independently turn ideas, data and rough inputs into polished, on-brand visuals fast, and who takes real pride in raising the design bar.
You will work across teams — translating a wide range of briefs into work that looks and feels distinctly OptimizeGEO.
What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months
Success will be measured by the strength, consistency and craft of OptimizeGEO's visual identity, and by how fast and reliably you can turn ideas into finished, on-brand work.
- Build and own a consistent, recognisable visual identity across every channel and touchpoint.
- Build a reusable library of templates for social, decks, one-pagers and campaigns that speeds up turnaround without sacrificing quality.
- Cut revision cycles by turning briefs into accurate, on-brand first drafts.
- Deliver strong, on-time creative for every major company moment — launches, events, awards, campaigns.
- Visibly raise the design quality bar across everything OptimizeGEO puts in front of the world.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Identity
- Own and evolve OptimizeGEO's brand guidelines — typography, colour, iconography and imagery style.
- Keep the visual identity consistent across the website, product, social channels, decks and print or event materials.
- Build reusable templates — social, decks, one-pagers, email — that the wider team can use independently.
Digital & Social Design
- Design creative for LinkedIn and other social channels, including static posts, carousels and short-form video covers.
- Design landing page visuals, banners and web graphics.
- Design ad-creative, display banners and retargeting visuals for paid campaigns.
Content & Collateral Design
- Design pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, brochures and sales enablement materials.
- Turn research and data — brand trackers, AI visibility studies — into clear, visually compelling charts and infographics.
- Design newsletter and email templates that reflect OptimizeGEO's brand.
Event & Campaign Design
- Design event collateral — invites, banners, booth graphics, presentation templates — for conferences, roundtables and closed-door events.
- Create the visual assets for award submissions, PR features and speaker nominations.
- Design campaign creative across multiple formats and sizes for integrated pushes.
Ways of Working
- Turn briefs from across the company into polished, on-brand work, asking clarifying questions where needed.
- Manage multiple design requests at once, prioritising by deadline and impact.
- Keep an organised, well-labelled asset library so past work can be reused and adapted quickly.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2-4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Designer, with a portfolio that shows range and speed across social, digital, print and presentation design.
- Fast, hands-on skills in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to turn ideas into polished visuals quickly.
- Experience designing for LinkedIn and other social platforms, with a sense of what performs.
- Comfortable using generative AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to speed up ideation and asset creation.
- Motion graphics or basic video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro or Canva video) are a plus.
- A keen eye for detail, colour theory, composition and typography that makes your work stand out.
- Ability to turn dense or technical content — data, research, product features — into clear, engaging visuals.
- Comfortable working within and extending an existing brand system rather than starting from scratch every time.
- A passion for pushing creative boundaries and staying current with design trends and tools.
- Self-directed and organised — reliable with files, versions and deadlines, and comfortable flagging when more input is needed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across a fast-moving, remote-friendly team.
